Trademarks and Copyright Enforcement Program is one of the specialised services offered by PIBC. With relevant experience in Customs and border law enforcement, we work closely with the local enforcement agencies to provide brand protection and integrity services. We are currently providing this service to market leaders in the consumer products and electronics industries.

Goods Monitoring Program

We perform real-time tracking of containerized and conventional cargo shipped by our clients to ensure that it lands at its designated destination. We also track cargo sent by airfreight and by road/rail.

Market Surveys and Monitoring

Surveys and Monitoring involve the survey and analysis of manufacturing, distribution and sales of client’s products. We devise strategies to suppress the presence of client’s unauthorised products in the market place such as conducting sample purchase of unauthorised products which infringed on client’s trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights protection and then gathering such evidence to support client’s legal proceedings against persons or businesses.

Cargo Theft Investigations

We offer tracking and recovery of shipments of missing cargo belonging to our clients through our overseas network and using various cargo-tracing software. Investigations are conducted on the ground level by our field operatives to ensure that every minute detail relevant to the case is captured for analysis, leaving no stone unturned.

Surveillance

We plan and conduct both covert and overt surveillance services according to our clients’ requirements. Various techniques are employed such as trailing of targets by vehicle or on foot, stationery/mobile observation with the option to record proceedings on digital film or video etc in order to obtain surveillance results of good quality.
