Take over existing cargo scanners

Improve supporting infrastructure and facilities

Operate and maintain the scanners for the length of the Concession period

Recruit, employ and train all local operations staff

Assist in the recruitment of Image Interpreters

Train and mentor Image Interpreters

Provide a selectivity and risk assessment software package to assist in the selection of containers and trucks for scanning

Integrate the scanners with Customs & other government IT systems and offer integration support to government officials

Train local officials to take over the management of the project at the end of the Concession period

Transfer (free of charge) the scanners and the operation to the government at the end of the Concession period
